Replacement & Refund Policy Mahir Floral & Event Design’s goal is to ensure customers are completely satisfied with floral arrangements or plants that you receive from us. If you are dissatisfied with an order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

Flower Arrangement Replacement Policy

  1. In the event that your flowers arrive damaged or below your expectations, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours via email at with pictures and your order number for a swift resolution.
  2. Should your flowers deteriorate within the first 48 hours, contact us for a replacement.
  3. After 3 days, we are unable to offer any credit or discounts for the floral arrangement purchase.

Orchid & Plant Replacement Policy

  1. If your plant or orchid arrives damaged or not meeting standards, we will replace it at no additional cost. Notify us within 24 hours via email at, including pictures and your order number.
  2. If your plant perishes within the initial 7 days, we will provide a free replacement.
  3. Past the 7-day period, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.

Cancellation/Refund If a customer cancels an order 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, a refund will be issued. Once an order is in transit for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

Substitution Substitutions of flowers or vases may be necessary sometimes due to temporary weather conditions or stock availability. In such cases, Mahir Floral & Event Design will contact you to approve any substitutions before delivery. In cases where we are unable to reach the customer, we will make replacements with equal or more value.
